The Fintech Banker was founded by Sudhamanohar Gadwala — a globally experienced Project & Program Manager with 18+ years of hands-on expertise across Banking, Fintech, AWS Cloud, and AI-driven digital transformation.
Having worked with some of Asia's most prominent financial institutions — including RHB Bank (Malaysia), HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, and Equitas Small Finance Bank — and having led programs touching the lives of over 5 million banking users across India, Malaysia, and the APAC region, Sudhamanohar has seen the industry from the inside out.
